Afaf Veil is a Swedish based in Jönköping, Sweden.

Nordic countries are : Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway. The Nordic region also includes the  territories of the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Åland.

When you complete an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Please review the confirmation carefully — it includes details about your products, prices, billing, and shipping information. 

If you notice any mistakes, contact us immediately at afafveil@gmail.com. 

 

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, and we always do our best to ship the same day. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

 

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping company, but we will always help you in case of any issues with your parcel. 

 

Return & Refund Policy 

Under Swedish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. 

 

To use your right of withdrawal, contact us via email at afafveil@gmail.com and clearly state: 

• Your full name 

• Order number 

• The items you wish to return 

 

Afaf Veil is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the customer is responsible for the condition of the product after receiving it and during return shipping. 

 

All items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. 

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to determine its condition. 

 

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 

 

Complaints & Damaged Items 

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. 

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at afafveil@gmail.com with: 

• Your order number 

• A description of the issue 

• (Optional) A photo of the damaged or wrong item 

 

We follow Swedish Consumer Law (Konsumentköplagen) and the guidelines from ARN – Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (The National Board for Consumer Disputes). 

 

For approved complaints, we cover the cost of return shipping. 

If the product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead. 

 

Product Information 

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. 

 

However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or lighting conditions. 

All measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 2.5 cm. 

 

Please note that some fabrics, such as Nida, require extra care. We recommend light steaming or low-temperature ironing, as this fabric can wrinkle easily. 

 

Prices & Payments 

Payments can be made securely through our selected payment providers (such as PayPal, Apple-pay, Google-pay, mastercard) view all payment options at checkout.  

We do not store your card or payment details — all transactions are encrypted and handled securely through trusted third-party providers.

When you make a purchase from Afaf Veil, you agree that we collect and process your personal information to fulfill your order and provide you with the best possible service. 

 

We only collect the data necessary to process and deliver your order:
